Nebula, or "Neb," is a young starfish who falls out of the sky and into the ocean in A Starfish Is Born. He is upset because he wants to go back home with his family, so the snorks help him get there by doing crazy things. When all else fails, the Star Greeter finds him and lets him live with him and the other starfish. Nebula is voiced by B.J. Ward.
